As you may know, I have had some vision difficulties, and Gabapentin/Neurontin - what's in a name? - was suggested. I'm on day 4 and have begun to titrate up to 2 300mg tablets a day.
OMG it makes me so tired and weak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was getting some great results with Fampyra(the walking drug) and this new drug has really set me back with my walking. I don't know-I'll continue to titrate up to full daily dose, because I am seeing (no pun intended) some vision benefits. This side effect may wear off and that will be great but if it doesn't, I'll have to stop taking it.
Hmmm...then I'll be walking great but won't see where I'm going!
What kind of journey is this??? Just another bump in the road I guess.
